I've been in product since 2007 — 20 years of building software that actually gets used. I've watched this industry go from waterfall to agile to AI-native, and I've shipped products through all of it. I joined Klaviyo to lead the Amplify AI platform — and it turned out to be exactly the right bet.
Amplify is an internal agentic platform — AI automating real operations inside Klaviyo itself, not a customer-facing product. We're on pace to save 800,000+ internal hours: the equivalent of 400 people working full-time for a year. Building AI that runs the business, not just assists it. I'm proud of it.
Husband to Tera. Dad to Declan (10) and TJ (8). We live in Canton, MA.
I'm obsessed with longevity — sleep, zone 2 cardio, red light therapy, not dying before I see my kids have kids. I also golf badly at Blue Hill CC and refuse to get better slowly.
I run a smart home that's borderline too smart. My automations have automations. No regrets.
Ship first. Refine after. Perfect is the enemy of shipped.
AI is infrastructure now, not magic. The people who treat it as a tool win.
One income stream is fragile. Build the second before you need it.
You can't outwork bad sleep. Fix the foundation before you optimize the details.
Ask me anything — what I build, how I work, or what I think about AI product management.
